Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on Hvar: Meaningful Projects with Lasting Impact

Hvar is not only a destination for adventure and relaxation; it’s also a place where companies can engage in meaningful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities that give back to the community and environment. Here are a couple of impactful projects we’ve organized:

Restoring Ancient Stone Walls: 

For a group of 45 IT professionals from Finland, we arranged a hands-on project to restore Hvar’s ancient stone walls. These historic structures are a vital part of the island’s heritage, and the group’s efforts helped to preserve this cultural legacy while fostering teamwork and a sense of achievement.

Beach Cleanup and Recycling Art Project: 

For a Scandinavian group of 76 participants, we organized a beach cleanup initiative focused on collecting plastic waste from Hvar’s beautiful shores. After the cleanup, the collected materials were transformed into creative artworks. These pieces were later auctioned off, with the proceeds donated to a local child welfare organization. This project not only helped to protect the environment but also supported a worthy cause, leaving a positive impact on both the community and participants.
